Returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging and free from damage and must be received within 14 days of receipt. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order number and send using a shipping method that can be tracked. Please make sure that you have packaged the items similar to how you received them and have insurance on the package as we cannot refund items that have been broken during transit.
Shipping and handling charges for any returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items are inspected and leave our store in excellent condition. If you receive items that are in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
All orders received will generally leave our store within1 – 3 business day via USPS. In some cases, we will use UPS for larger items. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once the shipment is ready to leave the store. We ship to all 50 US states. Shipments to Canada are also possible but you will need to contact us for shipping rates and timing.
Back Orders: We do our best make sure all items in our online store are in stock. However, sometimes things get past us so we will contact you via e-mail if there any out of stock items on your order.
